Product Introduction

The MNS-type low-voltage switchgear is divided into three major categories: MNS modular, MNS plug-in, and MNS withdrawable. The MNS modular switchgear is used for incoming power supply, busbar connections, and feeder circuits rated 630 A and above; the MNS plug-in switchgear and the MNS withdrawable switchgear are used for feeder circuits rated 630 A and below. The cabinet frame structure adopted in the MNS-type low-voltage switchgear features high flexibility, and the cabinet body is designed to be virtually maintenance-free. Different standard components can be installed inside the cabinet to meet a wide range of application requirements. Since the entire system—including its electrical architecture—is designed in a modular fashion, this optimized structural design not only satisfies the requirements of various components but also accommodates diverse working environments, achieving the corresponding levels of protection.

The MNS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is available in two configurations: MNS rear-access and MNS side-access. The withdrawable components within the cabinet consist of two parts: the component itself and the component installation compartment. Standard specifications include 8E/4, 8E/2, 4E, 8E, 12E, 16E, 20E, and 24E. Two 8E/4 components or four 8E/2 components can be installed horizontally in a 600mm-wide installation compartment; the height of each component is 8E (200mm). For single components of 4E, 8E, 12E, 16E, 20E, and 24E, a 600mm-wide installation compartment is required, and the component height corresponds exactly to the dimension indicated by its specification. Each cabinet can accommodate up to 9 8E withdrawable functional units or 36 8E/4 withdrawable functional units.
