Product Introduction

● Material: High-quality cold-rolled steel sheet; the mounting plate is galvanized. Door panel: 2.0 mm; cabinet body: 1.5 mm; mounting plate: 2.5 mm.

● Surface Treatment: The cabinet body and door panels undergo a phosphating primer treatment; the exterior is coated with powder coating in either RAL7032 or RAL7035 textured finishes. The mounting plates are galvanized.

● Protection ratings: IP56, IP66;

● The PU foam sealing strip ensures the enclosure achieves an IP56 protection rating.

● Protrusions of various types and sizes ensure convenient cable entry and exit;

● The galvanized mounting plate can also be used for wiring outside the enclosure.

● The multi-layer protective groove at the box opening not only provides reinforcement but also prevents dirt and water from entering the box when the door panel is opened.

● The branch-lock system equipped with a dual-tooth cylinder lock is not only extremely convenient to operate, but also ensures its versatility.

● The mounting plates and brackets with folded edges on both sides maximize installation strength.

● The enclosure size can be selected arbitrarily according to on-site requirements.
